Are you licensed?
Yes, our brokerage is licensed in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. -

What type of properties do you manage?
We manage single family homes, multi-family and commercial. -
How do I determine the rental amount?
We have access to leading software that gives us rental match comparabales for the Memphis rental market. We will work with you to determine an agreed upon amount.

What type of reports do I get and how often?
We provide a monthly statement for your rental income and expenses. We process owner distributions on the 10th and 25th of each month. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Your owner distribution will be direct deposited to your bank account. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Typically, equal to one month’s rent. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Tenant security deposits are held by the management company in a separate security deposit bank account. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Right Now! If the property is vacant, we will work with you to get it rent-ready and start the marketing as soon as possible.
